LOCAL DRUGSTORE MAKEUPS BELOW 250 PESOS
Nichido Final Powder – This powder has gained a lot of raves because of Youtubers comparing this to the high-end fave. Laura Mercier Loose Translucent Powder. True enough, this performs smilarly to Laura Mercier but way way cheaper. This is a loose powder used to set your makeup with over 6 shades available . The powder is so smooth and silky to the touch. This also helps in prolonging the longevity of your makeup as well as keeping oil secretion at bay. For Php 150, this is such a keeper!
iWhite Korea BBHolic Everyday BB Cream – This BB Cream is the most affordable BB cream in the market that provides a natural coverage with a demi-matte finish. It also comes with SPF 10 PA+ that gives the benefit of both skincare and makeup. As soon as I put it on, it immediately even out my skin tone and kept me looking fresh all the day. If you are looking for an affordable BB cream that feels very lightweight in the skin, look no further. It only has 2 shades available which can be quite a bummer but other than, this is sooo good.
EB Advance Blush Duo in Baked Fig – If you are looking for an affordable bronzer and blush duo compact, make sure to pick this up. This is such a good all-around product since you can also use it as an eyeshadow and the huge mirror comes in handy too for some emergency touch-ups. I really like the formula of this blush duo and the bronzer here is MATTE. Yes people, MATTE. In my opinion, the only decent bronzer I have come across in our local drugstore section.
Careline Oil Control Blush-On – I can’t believe my eyes that this good of a blush is only for Php 95. This is a good everyday blush if you want to give a certain flush to your cheeks. It stayed on my cheeks for a goof 4-5 hours. You can also tuck this in your kikay kit since it is so tiny. If you want to do some minor touch-ups, just tap your brush into the blush and apply it to your cheeks. It also comes with 6 different shades. The shade I got is Peachy Glow. You will definitely find something that suits your skin type. Why not hoard it all? It’s for Php 95 anyway.
Shawill Sleak Waterproof Eyeliner Pen – If you are looking for a waterproof eyeliner pen, this is worth a try. This felt-tip eyeliner pen promises high precision when creating the perfect cat eye. True enough, this is waterproof but surprisingly, very easy to remove when you use micellar water or oil-based cleanser. It does not smudge and it dries very quickly. It does not have a matte finish, though. Looking at the photo, it has a bit of shine but nonetheless, this is a good eyeliner for only Php 99.
Fashion 21 All Day Matte Lipstick – Quite possibly the first local lipstick I fell inlove with. These lippies are not by any means the BEST lipstick I have ever triedbut what I really love about them is their shade range. I really like how each shades macthes the Pinay skin tone perfectly. Any Pinay can defnitely rock one shade or another from their line. It packs on a lot of pigment and one swipe gives an opaque color and dries down to a matte finish. It stays on my lips for a good 2-3 hour wear. They have about 15 shades to choose from. I am pretty sure you can snag one!
